Airline Misery

If you are like me, traveling by air is a nightmare.  Delays, poor service and bad attitude are the normal course of affairs.  And airlines treat you as though your airfare is payment for the privilege of being mistreated.  The problem is the airlines don’t have enough incentive to treat their customers properly.  From their perspective, we are a captive audience.  What other alternatives do you have.  The next airline doesn’t offer anything different or better.

Well, I think it is time this stopped.  I suggest that the American travelling public needs to have a single voice that can speak on their behalf, e.g. the Airline Passenger Satisfaction Association.  Airlines will have to listen to a strong, unified customer base who is willing insist on excellent service; and even more importantly, is willing to back up their demands.
